Senior Finance and Admin Manager


Job Description:

· Assist in preparation of full set of accounts; maintains all ledgers, journals and other accounting records of the company with full compliance to the group and Singapore regulatory financial reporting requirements and accounting standards

· Ensure all disbursements for staff claims are processed timely and accurately and are in compliance to company policies and regulations. Work closely with other functions to proactively manage and resolve payment issues

· Assist in preparing audit schedules; controlling compliance procedures, managing annual audit, liaise with external auditors

· Assist in corporate secretarial work

· Assist in HR and admin matters

· Monthly Intercompany billings and reconciliations

· Assist in cash management including funding requirements and managing cash flow

· Reconciles bank statements

· Experience in handle shipping and LC documentation and Knowledge of incoterms

· Prepare and submit monthly GST report, knowledge of VAT/GST and withholding tax is advantageous

· Develops and oversees the production of internal reporting formats/standards

· Assist in year-end audit


Job Requirements:

· Degree in Accounting, has at least 8 years’ accounting experience in trading industry

· A hands-on person with initiative, confident and able to communicate effectively with all levels

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Competent in PC accounting software

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong knowledge in excel and power B1 particularly in pivot and V-lookup is a must

· High sense of integrity, independent and meticulous


Other Information:

· 5 days’ work week : Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm

· Permanent position

· Company is using ERP system (training will be provided)
