Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing strategy projects of Trina Solar in APAC region working closely with regional and global management teams;
- Providing in-depth market intelligence and business analysis of solar and renewable energy business to identify chances and risks towards a clear strategic pathway for Trina Solar in APAC region;
- Assisting APAC strategy head in shaping mid-term and long-term strategy and business development plans of Trina Solar to support top management decisions;
- Driving implementation of corporate strategy and business plan to help grow our regional business;
- Supporting in facilitating and establishing overall strategic planning process across regional business lines;
- Other duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Master degree or above; major in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, mathematics, physics or related majors, etc.;
- Several years’ experience in strategy development and related methodologies such as market research, business analysis / modelling in renewable energy industry related fields;
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking, ability to manage complex topics and derive decision options;
- Work under pressure, strong communication skills, good team player;
- Fluent in English, can be used as working language.
