Stock Controller

A unique opportunity to join this independent owned and managed gloabl stocks supplies as a full-time Stock Controller. Reporting directly to the Director and working closely with the Factory, Stakeholders, and Finance teams; this person will be the first port of call for any product-related activities. Their primary goal will be to ensure correct product handling and the replenishment of stock to maximise sales through efficient ownership of product flow.


Involve in the system mirgration from UK to Singapore office. Experienced in SAGE200 is a must. To impart knowlegde to the local team

Key responsibilities:

· Provide support to the Store Manager and build a strong relationship with Sales Staff, ensuring efficient and fast replenishment of merchandise on the shop floor and shortening the waiting time of the clients.

· Supporting the shop floor team to reach targets and maximise sales through continuous management of stock availability.

· Ensuring information on the system is regularly updated and checked with regular cycle counts.

· Supporting the team in the arrangement of products in stock and in the post sales phase.

· Inputting data for incoming and outcoming goods in the company EPOS system, monitoring and preparing any necessary documentation.

· Checking incoming goods and relevant paperwork, preparing product for the shop floor

· Managing flow of goods in accordance with company guidelines.

· Maintaining organised stock following company procedures, keeping the stockroom and the stock in order and clean.

· Managing all inventory activities, taking ownership, and supervising transfers of stock.

· Organise and manage return of faulty merchandise to suppliers.

· Manage year end stock counts.



Qualifications:

· Minimum of 10 years’ experience. (Min. 5 years experience in SAGE200)

· Time management skills with a can-do attitude with a hands-on approach.

· Able to manage stress, adaptable and flexible.

· Teamworking skills.

· Problem solving skills, sense of neatness and accuracy.

· EXPERT Level on Mircosoft Excel, Power BI, MS Access will be required
