Job Description:
- Distribute information for hotel promotion
- Join and attend some domestic travel events and exhibitions for Hotel promotion
- Administrative support to MD (e.g. Booking hotels on business trip and liaising with headquarter in Japan regarding accounting document, and arranging office work)
- Making presentations and materials for clients
Job Requirements:
- Able to perform administrative tasks both in English and Japanese (English for responding to reservation inquiries, while Japanese to making inquiries to group companies in Japan and to prepare reports in Japanese)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Person who can work weekend when required for events and exhibitions
- Person who is communicative and self-motivated
- Experience of Marketing and promotion(Using SNS) can be advantage
- Experience of Tourism and Hotel can be advantage
- Person who can work for the company as long as possible
