Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the team in execution of corporate finance transactions including IPOs/RTOs, other capital raising exercises, corporate actions and fairness opinions
- Oversee and guide other junior staff
- Maintain high standards of documentation throughout the course of due diligence
- Coordinate with clients and other professionals
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on companies/industries/markets
- Prepare presentation materials for deal origination and business development
- Account Management
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Law or other comparable qualifications with at least 2 to 3 years of related experience in Corporate Finance
- Ability to demonstrate attention to details
- Knowledge of listing rules and other applicable rules/guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that would require managing multiple priorities and needs of stakeholders, as well as the agility to respond to changes and developments.
- Strong project and time management skills with high level of initiative and ownership
- Strong articulation and written skills
- Familiarity with Bloomberg
- Prior work experience in audit and corporate finance advisory is a plus
