Job Description:
- Handle and monitor all consignments ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.
- To work collaboratively with Client Account Management and Sales to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Process all Import & Export consignments as they transit through the Singapore facility.
- Perform documentation review, check weigh, dimension check, piece count in the internal system upon receipt and departure of consignments, then move to appropriate temperature storage and where required, re-icing.
- Carry out quality control checks and release processes in accordance with established QA/QSHE procedures.
- Perform restocking and system updates associated to and required for the reusable packaging inventory.
- Loading and unloading of vehicles both manually and using the onsite forklift.
- Dealing with telephone enquiries from internal departments accurately and efficiently.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Possess forklift license is an added advantage.
- Must have comprehensive understanding of Courier / Freight Operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport.
- Min 2 years of relevant experience is required.
