What to expect
As our Brand Marketing intern, you will get to work on brands under the men’s and ladies’ grooming categories. The brands you will be assisting in are: GATSBY, Lucido & Lucido-L.
Under the guidance of experienced marketers, you will get to understand the internal workings of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, and be introduced to the world of digital and trade marketing. Aside from being involved in the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns, you will also play a key role in ensuring that the day to day operations within the marketing teams runs smoothly.

You will be assisting the Men’s & Ladies’ Grooming teams in the following areas:
Digital Marketing
· Plan and execute brands’ social media content on various social media platforms to keep consumers updated about products and latest trends
· Manage brands’ social media accounts to deepen communication with target audience
· Create content to strengthen SEO performance and drive organic traffic to brands’ websites
· Execute backlink strategy to strengthen brands’ SEO performance
· Monitor social media platforms for trending news and ideas
· Develop and design digital marketing materials
Trade Marketing
· Conceptualize and develop visually impactful designs for in store displays
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to roll out marketing projects
· Provide support for trade marketing needs to enhance store visibility and exposure
Campaign Management
· Assist in developing campaign communications and running integrated marketing campaigns for assigned brands to drive brand growth
Data Analysis
· Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns to conduct post campaign analysis
· Conduct market research to understand more about the men’s and ladies’ grooming landscapes in order to identify consumer trends
· Conduct competitor analysis to understand the retail landscape
Operational Support
· Support the marketing teams in daily administrative tasks
· Prepare presentations and monthly reports
· Assist in any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Who we are looking for
· Undergraduates majoring in Marketing / Communications and New Media
· Able to on a full-time or part-time basis (4 days per week) from June to December 2024
· Possess a strong passion in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, as well as the mens’ and ladies’ grooming categories
· Possess strong analytical skills, good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
· Has an eye for details and aesthetics
· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks
· A motivated team-player who is creative, meticulous, resourceful and is able to work independently
· Familiarity with social media management (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok) is a plus
· Knowledge and experience in graphics creation software, such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc is a plus
