Senior Cost Analyst – R&D
- Co-operate with R&D and Production Team on qualification of proposed projects
- Liaise with finance and procurement team, build cost model and analyse cost impact of proposed projects
- Filed patent of innovative technical concepts that were proven to work and are applicable in Semiconductor packaging industry
- Provided quarterly financial reporting packages, budget guidance, and ad hoc analysis to the management and other stakeholders.
- Participated in and managed the R&D segment of acquisitions and drove post-acquisition integration projects.
- Responsible for annual budget, quarterly forecast & long range planning.
- Perform monthly and quarterly financial expense close and variance analysis.
- Responsible for product standard costing process and inventory related matters.
Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of Packaging technologies and roadmap
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent
- Excellent documentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
