Job Description
- Manage hotlines and provide quality customer service throughout customer’s journey
- Handle and resolve enquiries professionally and efficiently, providing necessary information professionally via telephone, or SMS and/or emails post-call
- Promote and initiate the sales and lease of properties through various prospecting activities (i.e. cold calling, invitation to events, SMS blast, emails blast)
- Recruitment of property agents to market FEO properties
- Ensure compliance to all company regulations and statutory requirements
Requirements
- Min. ‘O’ levels or equivalent, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Min 1 - 2 years of experience in call centre environment
- Knowledge of SAP CRM will be advantageous
- Self-motivated and service-oriented attitude
Other information
Working Hours: 5.5 days work week, 9am to 6pm (based on duty roster)
