Job Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain properties as assigned.
· Obtain quotations and liaise with contractors on maintenance/ improvement works.
· Attend to tenants’ feedbacks and manage tenant-landlord relationships.
· Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure rents are collected promptly.
· Facilitate the process of handing/ taking over of premises from the tenants.
· Any other duties as and when required.
Job Requirements
· Possess a Diploma in Building/ Facilities Management or related discipline with 3 years’ relevant experience.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills with problem solving attitude.
· Meticulous and organized in documents and filing.
