Event Facilitator & PA to CEO - Intern (Remote / Work From Home)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and adaptable individual to take on the role of Event Facilitator & PA to the CEO on a remote basis. This role is essential in providing personal assistance to the CEO and administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a quick thinker, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be prepared to handle a variety of tasks with efficiency and discretion. This position offers the flexibility of working from home, with the requirement to attend and facilitate all company events in person.


Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the Personal Assistant to the CEO, assisting with all administrative tasks and organizational duties to ensure optimal efficiency.

- Attend all company events as a facilitator, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any issues that arise on the spot.

- Support the marketing department by assisting in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, contributing to the company’s promotional efforts.

- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to all duties.


Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to think quickly and solve problems effectively in real-time situations.

- A responsible and proactive work ethic, capable of managing various tasks independently and with minimal supervision.

- Experience in events management is preferred but not required, emphasizing a capability to handle event-related tasks competently.

- Comfortable working in a remote setting, with the ability and willingness to travel to and participate in company events as required.
