Customer Service
- Handle customers’ enquiries, shipments and orders promptly.
- Responsible for the entire order fulfillment process and liaise with other functional departments to achieve on time delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service via all relevant communication channels.
- Handle customers’ enquiries, feedbacks, daily orders.
- Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability.
- Accurately update documentations into backend inventory system.
- Maintain strong working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Custom’s Standard Operating Procedures and company’s procedures.
- Assist with day to day tasks.
General
- Any other duties which may be assigned by manager.
Requirements
- Singaporeans or PR only.
- Ability to partner with multi-departments.
- A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Efficiency and quality in handling customers queries
- Resourceful and maintains a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office: MS Excel (ie. Pivot table, formulas) and MS Word.
- Prior working experience preferably in prior customer service, logistics
Working Time
- Mon-Fri (8.30 am to 5.30pm)
