Job Scope
- Process end-to-end payroll for a large organisation (with 2 payroll cycles a month), including but not limited to submission of monthly CPF and refunds, Government Paid Leave claims, processing medical/dental claims from employees, ensuring accuracy of bank details and timely submission of bank files
- Providing payroll GL to the finance team for reconciliation, pro-ration of salary for new hires and resignees, filing for resignees according to internal procedures
- Timely filing of IR21 clearance (for foreign resignees) and annual IR8A submission to IRAS and generate e-IR8A report to all employees
- Correspond with HR team to retrieve data and inputs necessary for relevant pay elements
- Support and implement improvements to system enhancement and payroll processes for better efficiency and compliance to statutory regulations
- Manage system set-up for payroll-related processes
- Maintain a secured archival of payroll files to support annual and ad-hoc audit exercises
- Provide support for internal & external audit on payroll matters
- Serves as an internal and external resource on payroll-related inquiries
- Attend to all employee inquiries such as Employee Benefits, Payroll, Leaves, Insurance (medical & WICA) related matters
- Assisting in WICA renewal
Job Requirements
- Min. Diploma or Degree in any relevant field
- Min. 3-5 years relevant experience preferably with more than 400 headcount
- Good knowledge in timesoft payroll system
- Able to start immediate/ within a short notice
