Roles & responsibilities:

Project Delivery
• manages the respective projects in terms of planning the detailed strategy, objectives, policies and funding.
• performs detail domain analysis and derive key insights for further planning of work streams to achieve the project's desired outcomes.
• able to see interconnections, anticipate operational issues across all parts of the projects and develop creative strategies to address them.
• He/she is an articulate and influential communicator to both internal and external stakeholders and is able to work well in a team environment.
• builds partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to garner stakeholders’ expectations and devise management strategy
• Performs secretariat roles in communicating project objectives and progress at key junctures to business stakeholders.
• Analyses in detail the domain landscape and user behaviour to distil insights for a strategy to bridge the gap and achieve the project's outcomes.
• Develops the detailed strategy framework, roadmap, pricing and launch strategies (where relevant) and financial projections for the necessary funding request.
• Manages and improves the project.
• Monitors project execution (high level outcomes).
• Analyses domain and market competitive conditions (if any) that would impact the programme.
• Coordinates with other Synapxe staff planners to assess impact of other project changes that may affect the team's projects.
• Generates innovative ideas to enhance the project's components such as a product improvement to meet anticipated user demands.
• Works with delivery team to forecast and anticipate project needs or challenges beyond the current defined workstreams and funding time line.
• He/She puts up additional funding request in response to changes to strategy or product requirements.

Service Operations
• Ensures the delivery and optimization of operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standard.
• Responsible in the implementation of new processes and procedures and is a subject matter expert in technology and/or business domain. The focus is to improve customer experiences and system resiliency.
• He/She is expected to have broad experience in the recovery of service health issues impacting service performance.
• Possesses good leadership skills covering planning and management as well as to drive the Service Operations Team.
• Able to develop and present proposal to seek approval and secure funds for Initiatives and has a strong ability to ensure compliance to policy and procedures.
• Manages team / multiple work streams and develop plans to deliver IT Support and Operations.
• Serves as Subject Matter Expert and drive organizational capability to effectively apply service operations and maintenance framework.
• Able to recommends approaches to improve efficient and quality of service operations.
• Develops blueprints for operational support material for disciplines of applications are concise and complete. Covering (internal security and technology standards)
• Able to validates and tracks applications with blueprints, drive adoption and address challenges to adoption.
• Handle planning of the budget and resources needed to fulfil Service Operations Activities.


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent with 8-10 years of relevant experience in project management and service operation (Applications)
  • Successful track record in Project Management, User and Vendor Management and leading large-scale projects.
  • Successful track record in Service Operations Management.
  • Strong business process and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly, while being able to communicate complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely.
  • Good oral and written communication skills as well as good presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large group and senior management.
  • Strong relationship building, interpersonal skills and leadership, able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Able to adapt to fast changes and work under pressure.
  • Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
