My client is a well established MNC, looking for Executive Assistant to join the team.
Executive Assistant
- Manage calendars or travel arrangement for Singapore management team and visiting guests to Singapore, include flight/hotel booking, visa application, restaurant booking and etc.
- Administrative support to Country Manager and key executives
- Liaise with Chinese HQ for new employees’ internal system/email setup /documents signatory
- Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time sensitive, confidential documents
- Make travel arrangements, manage the reconciliation and submission of expense reports
- Prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
- Overseeing the general office tasks
- Provide support in various activities as required
- Maintenance of employee annual leave record, renewal and update of Company’s group medical insurance, insurance claims.
- General office admin duties, sorting of incoming mails and arranging for local and overseas courier, order of office stationery and supplies, office maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant
- Good communication skills and ability to multi task
- Bilingual in Chinese and English as need to liaise with counterparties in China
- Dynamic working environment
