JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage day-to-day operation matters, including the inspection, identify building defects, manage, and supervise maintenance, including improvement works done by contractors.
- To assist the Centre Manager and/or Head of Department to call for tenders and source quotations for all repair and/or replacement works, which includes liaising with consultants and contractors.
- To handle occupiers’ fitting out works.
- Arrange and inspect the work for horticulture, pest control, security, cleaning, refuse, grease trap, car park and other operation maintenance works.
- Attend and follow up on enquiries from shop tenants, residents, and the public.
- Carry out enforcement actions for common property in accordance with Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA).
- Carry out duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Centre Manager and/or Head of Department as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Facilities Management / Building Management or related discipline with relevant experience in shopping and residential complexes (preferably in managing strata-titled properties and certified Water Efficiency Manager)
- Working hours: Mon - Fri: 9 am to 6 pm and alternate Saturdays per month: 9 am to 1 pm.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, as the officer will have to communicate with occupiers of Lucky Plaza and the public as and when required.
- Clear knowledge of building systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
