Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and establish sales opportunities, as well as building effective relationships with potential B2B clients.
- Establish and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Achieve results by actively pursuing and securing business using a proactive, consultative sales approach.
- Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals to clients.
- Innovate and adapt to meet customer requirements and event needs.
- Stay informed about market trends, events, and brand activations to remain relevant.
- Promote the objectives and service standards of the Sales Division while continually seeking ways to improve sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and customer interactions.
- Participate in site visits, pre-conference planning meetings, and relevant venue meetings to support the customer event experience.
Requirements:
- Required to have a proven track record in sales and strong network of clientele for B2B events.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to grow the portfolio by bringing and securing new clients and events.
