Are you up for the challenging next step in your career? Stolthaven’s SHEQ Safety department is looking for a SHEQ Officer who will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental regulations, and quality control, on-site in our terminal.
The SHEQ Officer will report to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audit, observation and assessment in Terminal activities.
- Participate in Job Safety Analysis and Risk Assessment.
- Ensure that SHE regulatory requirements are met.
- Responsible for maintenance and inspection of Terminal SHE equipment to ensure compliance and good operational conditions.
- Conduct Safety, Health and Environment related training / briefing to Terminal employees and contractors.
- Coordinate and conduct Emergency Drill, Security Exercise, etc.
- Other duties as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/”O” level.
- Certified Workplace Safety and Health Officer.
- Certified Fire Safety Manager.
- At least five years of related working experience in an Oil and Gas Industry.
- Preferably with SCDF background.
- Knowledge of local regulatory requirements for Oil and gas industry.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Team player, positive attitude, reasonable written and spoken communication skills.
