Responsibilities
- Responsible for Customer onboarding,Training in using the product, support to ensure customer success, satisfaction and renewal
- Help customer to solve problems
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients
- Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
- Aid clients in achieving their goals
- Collect customer feedbacks and perform data analysis
- Provide findings to product team and collaborate closely for better product improvements
- Collaborate and support sales team in new clients acquisitions
Qualifications
- Proven strong customer success achievements in the SaaS industry
- Required good mandarin speaking skill as most clients are mandarin speaker
- Passionate in servicing clients
- People oriented personality
- Excellent communication and good listening skill
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
