Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Customer onboarding,Training in using the product, support to ensure customer success, satisfaction and renewal
  • Help customer to solve problems
  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients
  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
  • Aid clients in achieving their goals
  • Collect customer feedbacks and perform data analysis
  • Provide findings to product team and collaborate closely for better product improvements
  • Collaborate and support sales team in new clients acquisitions

Qualifications

  • Proven strong customer success achievements in the SaaS industry
  • Required good mandarin speaking skill as most clients are mandarin speaker
  • Passionate in servicing clients
  • People oriented personality
  • Excellent communication and good listening skill
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
