Job Requirements:
- Global trading experience in Engineering Plastics market.
- [MUST]Jananese Native or JLPT N1 level: Need to communicate with Japan HQ and Japanese customers frequently.
- Able to trade with regions with time differences.
- Excellent communication skills including proven ability to effectively convey information and ideas clearly in both written and verbal means to Management, Dept staff, Clients and Vendors.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain a good relationship with Management, superiors, Subordinates and local/overseas counterparts.
- Challenging, open-minded, sensitive and able to work in a multicultural environment.
- Coaching young staff and leading logistic teams to improve their knowledge and performance.
