Job Description
Daily administrative duties
Sourcing of product and quotaton for office equipment, stationeries and personal protective equipment (PPE)
Stock take, update and maintain of inventory record
Assist in compilation of inventory monthly report
Issue of office equipment and PPE to employees
Data entry of delivery orders and return note
Liaise with inventory team on all logistics matters
Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements
Minimum GCE O Level/ITE
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in MS Office
Preferably with basic IT knowledge
