- Support the Outlet Manager in the day-to-day operations to provide guests with high-quality food, service, and ambiance.
- Ensure the consistent maintenance of standard operating procedures, including service recovery, restaurant task cycles, and cost control.
- Take charge of outlet sales, food quality, and guest experience.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards as mandated by NEA regulations and company policies.
- Manage tasks such as manpower scheduling, administrative duties, performance evaluations, and inventory control as needed.
- Undertake any additional tasks as required on an ad-hoc basis
