Responsibilities


Business Development (Hunter):

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the food service industry.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new partnerships and customers.
  • Generate leads, cold call, and cold visiting to restaurants and relevant food services outlets to expand the client base.

Account Management (Farmer):

  • Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing ongoing support.
  • Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue.

B2B Partnership Building:

  • Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the food service industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create joint marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Work closely with partners to develop co-branded promotions and drive mutual business growth.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Sales and Marketing Collaboration:

  • Develop compelling marketing collateral and sales materials.
  • Provide input on the creation of targeted campaigns (both physical and social) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

Salary will be based on experience, including a basic salary, allowance (where needed), and/or sales commission.


Job Requirements:

• Strong negotiation skills and excellent written and verbal communication.

• Interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

• Efficient problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

• Familiar with CRM and sales system (Optional)
