Responsibilities
Business Development (Hunter):
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the food service industry.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new partnerships and customers.
- Generate leads, cold call, and cold visiting to restaurants and relevant food services outlets to expand the client base.
Account Management (Farmer):
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing ongoing support.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
B2B Partnership Building:
- Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the food service industry.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create joint marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Work closely with partners to develop co-branded promotions and drive mutual business growth.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Sales and Marketing Collaboration:
- Develop compelling marketing collateral and sales materials.
- Provide input on the creation of targeted campaigns (both physical and social) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
Salary will be based on experience, including a basic salary, allowance (where needed), and/or sales commission.
