Roles & Responsibilities
- Efficient and hands-on project managment as crucial member of key leadership team for large-scale construction project.
- Effective implementation and successful completion of projects undertaken by the Company within schedule, cost and quality.
- Manage each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.
- Monitor compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices.
- Support project tendering as and when required; develop relationships with prospective clients for business development opportunities.
Requirements
- University degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related to Built environment, preferably recognised by PE Board.
- More than 8 years’ relevant working experience at managerial level for large-scale building construction projects.
- Pro-active work attitude, dynamism, self-motivation, results-orientation, team cohesion
- Strong technical competencies and good interpersonal skills.
