Job duties:
- Work closely with the Client Advisors to assist in handling client relationships as well as executing of investment orders
- Assist the Client Advisors in promoting Haitong’s PWM investment products, tailored solutions and services to high net-worth clients
- Assist in preparing client documentation, reports and presentations deck
- Manage appointment scheduling, follow-up meetings, business trips and reminders for client advisors
- Manage onboarding process for new clients, including gathering necessary documentation and information
- Act as the liaison between the teams of Client Advisors, Investment Products, Compliance, Finance, Operations, IT, etc. for functional efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures in client account maintenance
Qualifications:
- A university degree in banking/finance with relevant work experience within private banking or wealth management
- Strong Knowledge of financial product and technical competence in the understanding and delivery of wealth management solutions
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin (require to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients)
- Strong PowerPoint skills to create and update presentations for client meetings and internal reporting
- Willingness to work under a dynamic environment, multi-tasking skills to handle tight and short assignment and meet project deadlines
