Responsibilities:
- Architectural planning, coordinating the drawings, reviewing of project specifications and technical clarifications
- Monitoring of sample submission, update status of drawings and materials approval status of drawing, etc
- Perform site supervision for architectural works
- Supervision of architectural works carried out by sub-contractors
- Coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors
- Ensure the smooth completion of the project
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Higher Nitec in Architecture/ Civil Engineering or its equilvalent
- Some knowledge in the use of BIM tools for design / construction documentation.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experiences in the construction industry
- Only Singaporean
