Job Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with tenants to support their retail needs effectively.
- Oversee daily mall operations, maintenance, and tenant communications.
- Coordinate inspections and manage routine maintenance tasks.
- Prepare technical specifications and oversee procurement processes for related works.
- Ensure completion of approved capital expenditure projects within budget.
- Coordinate tenant fit-out procedures and handovers.
- Prepare and compile monthly reports from service vendors.
- Process work permits, create/close work orders, and manage purchases.
- Maintain building records and operational manuals.
Job Requirement
- Possess Diploma in Real Estate, Building, Facilities, Estate Management or Fresh Graduate from NUS Real Estate
- Preferred 3 year(s) of working experience in Retail Operations dealing with Retail Tenants.
