What you'll get to do:
- Management and processing of international customer orders, inquiries, feedback.
- Handling social media customer service. Attend to customers’s enquires, comments and feedbacks on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc) in an efficient customer oriented manner.
- Coordinate with and provide support to customers and respective departments.
- Ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts and handle customer complaints
- Ability to perform operational duties and team project responsibilities
- Assist in social media outreach and marketing activities
- Miscellaneous operational and administrative duties
Requirements:
- Preferably with at least 1 year relevant experience
- Excellent customer service skills, spoken, written ability
- Possess good analytical abilities with interpersonal skills.
