This position mainly handle performance management within the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the yearly performance evaluation and promotion procedures, including the administration and improvement of systems, as well as communication initiatives.
- Subject matter expert on performance management policies and processes for key stakeholders.
- Create reports, analytics, and presentation materials detailing performance distribution to aid in moderation sessions.
- Provide secretariat support for group-level moderation session.
- Conduct and validate job evaluation using Korn Ferry Hay Job Evaluation methodology for promotion cases.
- Partnering HR Technology team on system configuration and enhancements to performance management module.
Job Requirements
- Preferably Degree (in any discipline)
- 4 - 6 years HR experience preferably in the area of Compensation
- Meticulous and comfortable with handling large scale data sets using Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
- Familiar with SuccessFactor system (HR related module)
