POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales process. Liaise with customers to help resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner and generally providing real-time support.
Job Descriptions
- Responsible to sell LCL services to existing and new customer to meet company required sales target
- Responsible for carrier negotiation on assigned trade lane and own secured FCL business
- Resolve problems raised by own accountable customer
- Submit sales call report in Shipco sales system - LINQ.
- Any ad hoc sales related matters as requested by superior.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales from a multinational Freight Forwarding company.
- Fresh Graduates welcomed to apply.
- Professional image, polished presentation.
- Highly motivated and a team player.
- Self-starter with a good business sense.
- Creative and proactive approach towards challenges.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels especially with external customers.
- Computer literate.
- Vehicle owners preferred.
