Job Description:
- Overseeing the florist assistants and other support staffs the planning, design, and execution of floral projects from conception to completion
- Assist in preparing bouquets and flower arrangements, including timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure the successful completion of floral projects.
- Managing inventory to meet project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting as needed to address challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all floral arrangements before delivery.
- Coordinate logistics for the delivery and setup of floral arrangements at event sites.
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates to fill team roles effectively.
- Assist on staffs’ payroll calculation.
- Facilitate team meetings to discuss project progress, delegate tasks, and adjust project plans as necessary.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned.
Working Requirement & Hours:
- 9:00AM to 6:00pm (1-hr lunch break)
- Must commit throughout the contractual period – Mar to Apr
- 5-day work week (MON - FRI)
- Good project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead projects under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for team interactions
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of events
