Our client, a renowned retail leader in Singapore widely recognized among households, is currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to assist in the contact center operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing feedback and enquiries via phone, email, social media and/or live chat.
- Generating feedback reports.
- Working closely with various stakeholders which includes but not limited to the operations, product and technology teams, as well as logistics vendors in coordination of customers’ requests.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or ‘O’ Level with relevant customer service experience.
- Working knowledge in systems such as Zendesk or SAP is an advantage.
- Independent, team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in excel.
- Open to work on rotating shift hours and on weekends.
