JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end marketing initiatives and development of creative content (online and offline) to generate awareness and drive usage of services/products for the various business units. You will also play an important role in the building of the company brand profile and achieving business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Support and deliver strategic internal and external marketing plans that creatively drive brand awareness and business objectives.
- Manage end to end marketing campaigns/promotions and activities (including conceptualising, creative development and implementation) to drive brand awareness and usage of services/products.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns in an organised and timely manner.
- Manage and develop online and offline materials to support the marketing, business and corporate teams - brochures, step guide, ad banners, and ensuring alignment to company’s brand guideline.
- Assist in the management and development of digital content for social media and other digital media (including AXS website) to create awareness and engage community.
- Work closely with creative team to develop awareness videos - step guides, product awareness, brand awareness, HR activities, corporate activities to be shared on AXS social platforms.
- Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting results to keyholders.
- Assisting with research on target audience, competitor analysis, industry trends and insights that inform marketing decisions.
- Conduct and/or support key customer meetings and presentations
- Copywriting and proofreading of marketing content/articles in bilingual.
- Stay abreast with the latest digital marketing, social media trends, digital content to identify/explore new marketing opportunities.
- Provide support to other corporate functions to promote strategic initiatives.
- Handle basic marketing administrative matters, as required by the business.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or any relevant discipline.
- At least four (4) years of relevant marketing experience, including digital marketing (including social media, email campaigns, video marketing).
- Experience in social media marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager is preferred.
- Strong command of written English, with experience in copywriting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in managing third parties and internal stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and have good project management skills.
- Prior experience in B2C and B2B marketing will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with operating professional cameras, lighting & audio gear, and support equipment will be advantageous.
