Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving E-marketplace sales for Singapore and other Southeast Asian countries.
- Account management of Casio Timepiece brands on key E-marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora) in Singapore.
- Coordinate efforts with the local enabler in Singapore, managing and optimizing the front-end operations for key E-marketplaces in Singapore.
- Responsible for being a catalyst of regional E-commerce strategy and leading acceleration of regional activities in collaboration with local country digital commerce managers in both Casio and key E-marketplaces.
- Work closely with both regional and local country digital commerce managers, align and drive regional Joint-Business Planning targets with E-marketplace platforms and ensure Consumer Journey to be flawless for Casio Timepiece customers on the platforms.
- Lead negotiations for yearly commercial terms, campaign packages, and bartering for onsite visibility with key E-commerce accounts.
- Work with Strategy & Planning Team to develop E-marketplace campaign calendars and subsequently coordinated efforts with relevant stakeholders for campaign execution.
- Work with Strategy & Planning Team to ensure various mechanics and product assortments between our casio.com and G-SHOCK offline stores do have conflict with each other to win on all channels.
- Work with a Digital Commerce Manager and the Marketing Team to maintain onsite operational excellence through campaign launch monitoring, ensure correct onsite promotion mechanics setup, utilization of platform marketing solutions to drive traffic to our stores in the platforms, and responsible for defining the optimum store design and layout.
Job Requirement
- Degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing or other relevant disciplines
- Strong knowledge in sales, digital marketing, digital customer experience, and eCommerce operations
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, data-driven decision-making mentality, and sound business judgement through strong analytical thinking
