Responsibilities


Prepare F&B outlet daily sales reports and other reports

Organize company documents into updated filing systems

Schedule in-house meetings

Distribute incoming emails

Manage office supplies for outlets

Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned



Requirements


Have 1 year’s relevant work experience in admin role

Hands-on experience with MS Office

Ensure data entry input accuracy

Fast learner

Effective communication skills
