Responsibilities
- Handle CAS, Primary Infrastructure with a minimum of 10,000 to 15,000 end points.
- Gather Windows 10/11 Image requirements from customer while considering business, functional and technical requirements.
- In charge of migration experience of end points from SCCM
- Implement and configure Auto-pilot for user driven deployments and resolve any related issues relating to the Auto-pilot deployments.
- Build SOE lab required for Imaging and POC environments.
- Review, analyse and recommend desktop GPO’s changes.
- Convert existing log-on script to preferences, standard compliance rules and settings.
- Review existing log-on scripts and update to optimize the time and performance per business requirements.
- Create image documentations, test use cases, develop and review custom scripts required to build SOE.
- Troubleshoot issues with image and machines being built
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for image testing and sign off
- Responsible for deploying the signed off image to production deployment servers and endpoints.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in OS development with SCCM
- Possess hands-on experience on MDT, ADK, SCCM and industry standard SOE and imaging tools.
- Possess knowledge on Image building, Task Sequencing and troubleshooting of OSD.
- Required expertise on Windows 10 migration, user data migration and related technologies
- Required expertise on OneDrive and Office 365 products
- Has knowledge on Azure Directory, Azure Active Directory and Windows Servers
- Good understanding on networking concepts
- Good knowledge in VB scripting or Powershell scripting
- Ability to multi-task, perform under pressure, and be a strong team player.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
