Temporary Executive / Senior Executive (Crisis Response / Support), Up $4.2K
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Work Location: Mainly Choa Chu Kang Area / Occasionally Novena Area
Work Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thurs); 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)
Responsibilities:
Crisis Response Team Capabilities Development
- Organize exercises for crisis response team readiness.
- Manage administrative data for team members.
- Propose initiatives based on officer feedback.
- Develop and distribute effective resources.
- Source equipment for crisis response.
- Coordinate team events and engagements.
- Lead projects with vendors and stakeholders.
- Conduct training and briefings for various groups.
- Handle administrative tasks for event planning.
- Present project progress and findings.
- Ensure security of sensitive data.
- Oversee research vendor deliverables.
ACCOP Conference
- Support procurements for conference services:
- Conduct market research and obtain approvals.
- Initiate procurement process and draft documents.
- Assist in bid evaluation.
- Coordinate with contracted vendors:
- Manage pre- and post-procurement activities.
- Ensure fulfilment of contracted services.
- Manage logistical and operational needs:
- Prepare logistics for the conference.
- Secure logistics services as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks:
- Knowledge management of approvals and contracts related to the conference.
- Maintaining records of key correspondences with conference vendors.
- Track budgeted cash flow for the conference.
Requirements:
- Good degree in project management / creative design/ psychology or relevant disciplines
- Knowledge and skills in creative design, training, exercise design and execution, and project management would be a strong advantage
- Strong task and time management skills
- Able to develop training materials catering to a specific audience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well
