Field Service Technician
Job Description & Requirements
- On-site servicing, maintenance and installation works at client's site
- Repair and fault rectification on equipment
- Support in preparation of equipment (before delivery) & delivery
- Assisting in Service Centre activities
- Ability to diagnose fault to component level
- Support in-house and field service job
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year(s) experience in relevant field
- Good communication, independent, committed, full of initiative, meticulous, good customer service
- Entry-level are welcome but must have willing-to-learn attitude
- Driving license (Class 2 and/or Class 3 manual)
- Able to work overtime (Saturday) when required
- Can start work immediately
