Department: Learning and Development Department
Reports to: Learning and Development Manager
Functional Relationships with:
All departments in Company
Position Profile:
The successful candidate will explore (with focus but not limited) to all matters related to Human Resource Development
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal trainers and external vendors for scheduling and conducting courses
- Liaise with internal and external trainers on resources and logistical arrangements
- Analyze external vendors' learning course content, checking for suitability to meet training needs
- Select suitable internal and/or external trainers in consultation with business units
- Manage virtual learning community platforms
- Facilitate payments to vendors
- Update e-learning content used in internal training
- Involved in the integration of LMS with other learning platform
- Implementation of Skills Future Competencies for staffs in LMS
- Support in SHAZE Permeation Roadshow for production operators and executives
- Other assigned administrative duties
Ability/Competency Required:
- Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or any other fields
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent IT, writing and oral skills including an attention to detail and accurate reporting
- Organised and able to multitask in a customer focused environment
- Proactive, innovative and flexible approach to work: solution focused.
- Good work ethic and integrity to handle confidential information
- Able to work collaboratively with colleagues employing high level team working and liaison skills
