The Opportunity
- Helping my bank client look for a Automation & Manual Tester to join the team
- Located at MBFC
- 12 months contract
The Job
- Gather and document user requirements, prepare user specifications of data requirements and reports, including analyzing data/function gaps and specifications from the business or end-users perspective
- Communicate user requirements to, and work closely with, the technical business analyst and/or system developer
- Perform user acceptance testing, process reviews for new systems, reconciliation of reports including preparation/execution of test scripts and documentation of test results and standard operating procedures
- Perform review of data lineage documentation which includes analysing SQL queries to validate source to target mappings, data flow diagram and system context diagrams
- Responsible for quality assurance of the work delivered by the team
- Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure that overall deliveries are meeting expectations
- Handle other ad-hoc assignments as and when necessary
The Talent
- Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or Engineering-related field
- At least 2-3 years of UAT experience, preferably with a working knowledge of financial and has a good knowledge of financial products and services
- Candidates with hands-on experience in working on systems implementations and user interface and functional system testing as an end user
- Added advantage if candidate possess the following knowledge;
-MAS regulatory reporting
-Financial Instruments
-SQL queries
-QlikView
