Contract Duration: 12 Months
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $17 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative and secretariat support in office projects
· Provide grant and/or contract administration and payment support in office projects
· Support in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Degree in any discipline (Healthcare & Life Sciences will be preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in grants administration work.
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Graphic Design, Video shooting is an added advantage.
• Must be able to commit 2 workdays up to 5 workdays a week.
