Job Description:
As the Operations Assistant, you will be the second in command to the Manager. Your responsibilities will include taking care of all duties in their absence, assisting with operational issues, promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining relationships with clients. You will also be required to prepare and file forms and other documents, attend to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients, and staff, assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, arrange and coordinate interviews, apply for permits and passes, and update logs and timekeeping for staff.
Requirements and Skills:
• Able to communicate in Mandarin with Taiwan and China customers.
• Willing to travel for business trips.
• Class 3 driving license
• Have proven work experience as an Operations Assistant or in a similar role.
• You should have superb organizational abilities, outstanding interpersonal skills, and strong business acumen.
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize efficiently.
• Adaptability and creative problem-solving skills are also important, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A minimum of “O” level and above and a CEI Basic Cert are required
