Job Description:
- Manage the assigned modern trade accounts
- Build and strengthen the relationships with buyers, outlets’ personnel and relevant parties to ensure smooth operations eg. Stock ordering, replenishment and etc
- Identify new business opportunities with potential clients
- To be responsible for delivering sales volume to meet targeted sales objectives
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Analyse market needs, develop account strategies and propose to respective customers
- Present and propose new product listing with supermarket chains and implement new products’ launching activities
- Plan and submit promotion proposal
- Lead and supervise a team of merchandisers to ensure the outlet visitation and product’s display in order to improve visual merchandising of products
- Propose and executive ways to expand product display for brand awareness in outlets
- Work with other department such as marketing, purchasing and operation.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Conduct assessment and market survey to identify marketing and advertising solutions, develop proposals and deliver sales presentations
- Respond to enquiries & complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
- To analyze, evaluate and report to Sales and Marketing Manager on the sales performance, competitor’s pricing, competitor’s activities, as well as customer feedback
- To perform any other duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher education preferably in Business / Marketing / Relevant Field
- 2 years of relevant working experience in FMCG industry, modern trade
