Job Overview: As a Marketing Head, will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, from strategy development to execution. Will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and implementing effective marketing campaigns. Job Description:
1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our lactation supplements and brand.
Identify target audiences and tailor marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage them.
2. Content Creation and Management: Produce compelling and informative content for various channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
3. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. Analyse data and metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
4. Brand Building:Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
5. Market Research:Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences. Stay informed about competitors and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Use of design softwares such as Canva, photoshop is a plus
