Ludisia (Cayman) Ltd. Singapore Branch seeks a Vice President, Business Management to join our Crypto Business Management team in Singapore.
The Vice President, Business Management will primarily be responsible for working closely with internal and external stakeholders, developing and maintaining relationships with crypto exchanges and market participants and researching and analyzing new markets and products to help drive the firm’s expansion in crypto.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Director of Business Management, this role will:
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including the firm’s senior management to assist with a variety of tasks essential to the day-to-day operation of the crypto trading business.
- Learn about Ludisia’s external relationships with crypto exchanges and counterparties, including but not limited to participating in new programs, opening trading accounts, coordinating technical changes, and developing and helping to track project plans as required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with crypto exchanges and other market participants.
- Assist with project initiation, planning, prioritization and documentation.
- Process exchange paperwork (onboarding, trading accounts, etc).
- Work with internal teams to administer, refine and improve internal business processes
- Research and analyze new markets and crypto financial products to help drive the firm’s expansion in the region.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies to help improve our current day-to-day business workflows
Qualifications / Attributes
- A graduate in a technical or financial discipline from a top school
- Master’s degree is preferred
- At least 5 years of professional experience, and a track record of success in related industries (e.g. crypto firms, crypto exchanges, proprietary trading firms)
- Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin communication skills for business purposes

- Ability to work and prioritize independently, coupled with the judgment to involve management with issues as needed
- Ability to find the best solutions (not necessarily the easiest) to problems of all sizes
