Job Description:
· Handle full set of accounts (AR / AP / GL / P & L)
· Maintain proper and complete financial records
· Prepare monthly bank/creditors statement reconciliation, GST and Corporate Tax
· Ensure accurate and timely billing and ensure receipts are updated into system
· Handles invoice and payment, expense claims, payment vouchers
· Any other tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements:-
· Minimum Diploma in Accounting or relevant qualification
· Preferably good working knowledge in POS / FACT system
· 2-3 years of accounting experience in F & B industry
· Good work ethic, attention to detail and ability to communicate with all levels of staff
· Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of activities in a fast paced environment
· Can start work immediately.
· Working Location : Tiong Bahru
· Working hours : 8.30am to 5.30pm
