Project Manager (Legal & Compliance)

As a Project Manager with a focus on legal and filing duties at TSGS, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a range of legal and compliance-related projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that the company adheres to legal standards and maintains proper documentation.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Project Management and Coordination:

  • Plan, initiate, and manage legal and compliance projects.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure legal requirements are understood and integrated into company projects.
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor the progress of projects.

2. Legal Compliance:

  • Stay updated with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all company projects comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with legal consultants and in-house legal team to address legal issues.

3. Documentation and Filing:

  • Manage the organization and filing of legal documents.
  • Develop and maintain a system for tracking legal documents.
  • Ensure secure and efficient retrieval of company legal files.
  • Identify potential legal issues in projects and suggest mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the evaluation of the legal impact of various corporate strategies and business initiatives.

4. Risk Management


5. Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate project status, risks, and achievements to all stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports on project progress and legal compliance to senior management.

6. Continuous Improvement:

  • Continuously improve project management tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in legal compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a legal or compliance environment.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
