Working location: Suntec
Working Hours: 5 Days in between Mon - Sun, shift work in between retail hours
- Responsible for welcoming guests in a courteous and prompt manner and leading them to a prepared table in accordance with the restaurant's seating procedures.
- Be familiar with the menu, promotions, and service procedures.
- Provide full assistance to guests concerning general queries at the restaurant.
- Provide full assistance to incoming inquiries via email or telephone and make reservations accordingly and accurately for the guests.
- To work closely with the Operations / Restaurant Manager, and peers to ensure all guests are greeted properly and escorted to their ready tables.
- Obtain familiarity with restaurant policies and procedures in reference to training, safety, and security.
- To familiarize with the work nature and responsibilities of staff and all the restaurant events.
- Ensure reservation counters are well maintained. Assist manager to keep track of guest history profiles.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service, Customer Service, or equivalent.
- Positive “can-do” attitude, motivated, passionate, and seeks opportunities to be multi-skilled and trained.
- Good personal grooming & personal presentation
