RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and process customers' sales orders.
- Verify vendors' quotations, negotiate and seek clarifications before issue purchase orders.
- Prepare paymnet to vendors.
- Close follow up with vendors for status of delivery.
- Arrange shipment or delivery when order is ready, check and prepare shipping documents to freight in the orders.
- Receipt of goods, liaising with warehouse / driver for goods delivery or export.
- Prepare Delivery orders / shipping documents, and submit invoices to customers.
- Close communication with customers / vendors.
- Administative duties and stock management.
- Updating database and activity reports on regular basis or as and when required by superior or management.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Professional Certificate / Diploma
- Minimum 1-2 years related experience, fresh graduate with relevant qualification will be considered.
- Fluent in English communication, both oral and written
- Proficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel), Customer-driven, service-oriented, proactive, self-motivated and a good team player
- Detailed, discipline, willing to learn, and able to work and perform under pressure in a fast pace environment.
- Sound judgement and good working attitude.
- Remuneration package, commensurate with qualification & experience.
