Roles and Responsibilities
- Establish scheme for implementing and monitoring targets
- Analyse customer behaviour data (Google Analytics, CRM, surveys etc.) to develop the strategy
- Provide proactive insights and recommendations to relevant parties based on analysed data/performance to achieve penetration targets
- Generate new weekly/monthly reports to monitor Regional/Country performance
- Improve ONE internal digital marketing processes/method
- Execute strategic EDM and Promotions
- Conduct market research & analysis to develop ONE DX strategy
- Support ad-hoc projects when required (Premium services /ONE Connection /New online quotation platform)
Requirements
- Degree in relevant discipline
- Proficiency in handling OPUS, Cognos, and Looker data is preferred
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA) would be advantageous
- Prior experience in Trade /Marketing /Yield management /Data analysis would be highly beneficial
- Good communication skills
